The Rub: Meat Church – Holy Voodoo

For this cook, I wanted to try out the Meat Church Holy Voodoo. I have been seeing a lot of talk about this rub in several meat forums.

The Sauce: Craig’s BBQ Sauce

When I cannot make a decision on a sauce, I always use Craig’s Sauce!. It’s a little sweet and has a good overall flavor. It doesn’t overpower the meat, but adds a little touch to give it that extra boost of flavor!
